OUR PROCESS STEP BY STEP
1. Discovery Call
We start with a one-on-one consultation to understand your vision, brand aesthetic, and goals. Whether you're starting from scratch or refining an idea, we're here to guide you.
2. Design Brief Submission
You’ll submit your concept: sketches, references, mood boards, or general inspiration. If needed, our design team can help refine your ideas into tangible product concepts.
3. Fabric & Trim Selection
We’ll send you curated options for fabrics, trims, and color palettes suited for children's wear.
4. Sampling & Prototyping
Our expert team creates high-quality samples of your chosen designs for review and approval. You’ll receive photographs or physical samples, depending on location and preference.
5. Final Approval
After feedback and refinements, we lock in your collection for production.
6. Small-Batch or Bulk Production
We offer flexible MOQs (minimum order quantities), making it easy for boutique brands to start small and scale confidently. Your garments are made locally with full quality control and ethical oversight.
7. Packaging & Delivery
Once your pieces are complete, we package and ship them directly to you or your warehouse—ready for retail.
TERMS OF SERVICE - MANUFACTURING TERMS
1. Intellectual Property: All final designs remain the property of the client. House of Swan may retain the right to showcase non-branded samples for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
2. Confidentiality: Your designs, business information, and ideas remain confidential and will not be shared or replicated.
3. Sampling Costs: Initial sample costs are paid upfront and vary based on complexity. Sample fees are credited against bulk production orders over a minimum threshold.
4. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): We offer flexible MOQs, starting from 25 units per style and colour.
5. Lead Times: Sampling typically takes 2–3 weeks; production takes 4–6 weeks post-approval, depending on volume and fabric sourcing.
6. Payment Terms:
-50% deposit required to begin sampling.
-Full balance due prior to final production delivery.
-All payments to be made via bank transfer.
7. Shipping: We ship globally. Shipping fees are quoted separately based on weight and destination.
8. Returns & Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of this service, all orders are final once production
begins. Damages or errors due to our fault will be corrected at no cost.
9. Ethical Guarantee: All garments are produced under ethical labor conditions in South Africa. We reserve the right to refuse projects that do not align with our brand values (e.g., offensive designs, poor quality materials)
